Who runs CanaryMod.com, how we test Canary Mod, and how we keep our Minecraft performance guides accurate, independent and up to date.
Who we are
CanaryMod.com is an independent resource run by Minecraft players and server administrators who use performance mods every day. We are not the developers of Canary. The mod is created and maintained by AbdElAziz333 and its contributors, based on Lithium by CaffeineMC.
What we do
We publish clear, tested guides about installing Canary, choosing the right version, fixing crashes and combining it with other performance mods. Every download button on this site links to an official source: Modrinth, CurseForge or the developer's GitHub releases. We never host or modify mod files.
How we test
Guides are checked on fresh Forge and NeoForge instances for the versions they cover, and we record the Minecraft, loader and Java versions used. When official builds, known issues or compatibility change, we update the affected guides and the date shown at the top of each article.
